About the Presenter: Holly Petersen, PT, DPT

Holly is a healthcare consultant and business coach who helps practice owners run their businesses efficiently and effectively. With over 14 years of experience in physical therapy, management, and corporate leadership, she has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the healthcare industry.

She founded Petersen Coaching & Consulting in June 2021, after serving as the Director of Operational Excellence and Compliance for the largest provider of physical therapy and chiropractic services in the northeast. There, she created and led a team that was responsible for systems creation, implementation, and modification for multisite compliance, new hire training, merger and acquisition integration, and patient experience. She also trained hundreds of clinicians and administrators on delivering PT via telehealth during the pandemic, enabling continuity of care for patients.

Holly’s mission is to empower practice owners to deliver quality care while creating and maintaining an operational foundation that supports their business without sacrificing their personal lives. She leverages her expertise in operational excellence, compliance, and coaching to provide customized solutions and guidance to her clients.
