Ben is a seasoned clinician, leader, and innovator with over 19 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Microsoft within their Healthcare and Life Sciences division, Ben leverages his extensive knowledge of generative AI to enhance the quality of life for healthcare providers and improve overall healthcare delivery.
Ben’s career is marked by a strong commitment to improving healthcare outcomes through innovation. He founded Arctos Medical Technologies, where he developed a patent-pending smart medical device for low back pain. His entrepreneurial spirit and robust business skillset have been instrumental in driving forward-thinking solutions in healthcare.
As a Physical Therapist, Ben has held roles in inpatient, management, and most recently hospital-based outpatient. His contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, including the Outstanding Achievement Award and the Outpatient Physical Therapist of the Year. Ben holds his Orthopedic board specialization (OCS) and level 2 dry needling certification.
Ben has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University.
