What’s included:
Note: Only the first 14 exhibitors are guaranteed spots at the conference. All other booths are reserved for event sponsors. Additional booths may be released on August 1st. Early bird pricing will be honored for all booths reserved prior to 8/15, even if on a waiting list.
All sponsorship tabletop booths are guaranteed.
Opportunity to include a printed marketing collateral item such as a brochure, pamphlet or flyer in the attendee registration packets.
It is the sponsor’s responsibility to provide the materials in the necessary quantity, up to 275 pieces.
Shipping information for these materials will be sent out in mid-August.
Sponsors are responsible for any shipping and handling charges associated with these inserts. Unused materials will not be returned.

CONFERENCE SPONSOR/EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations MUST be submitted in writing to the APTA Colorado office at aptaco@libertysquaregroup.com. A confirmation of receipt will be sent in response to all cancellations.
Cancellations will be refunded as follows:
Cancellation Date Refund Policy
On or Before Aug 15, 2026: Full Refund Less $100 Processing Fee
Between Aug. 16 – Sept 6: 50% Refund Less $100 Processing Fee
On or After September 8, 2026: No refunds and the conference reserves the right to resell the space
If an exhibitor fails to pay when due any sum required by the invoice contract, fails to perform any other term or condition of the Contract, or fails to observe and abide by these guidelines, APTACO reserves the right to terminate the contract immediately without refund of any monies paid.
If space is sold out, a waiting list will be developed in the order of requests received.
