Presentation or Handouts for Educational Sessions

Please submit in powerpoint.  Any handouts will be converted to pdf from the powerpoint

    Registration for Presenters:

    Any presenter wishing to attend the conference and receive continuing competency hours:

    • Presenters presenting one session, will receive a free registration for the day of their presentation.
    • Presenters presenting two sessions, may attend both days for free

    The discount code for registration will be emailed directly to presenters.

    If you are presenting one session and want to attend both days, please register for each day separately.  Use the code for the day you are presenting and register/ pay for the second day.

    Platform and Poster Presentations: 

    Disclosure:

    Please provide a presentation slide to disclose any financial conflicts related to the talk or that you have nothing to disclose.  If talking about a product you made money from or received industry support for research, please disclose this.

    We are not requiring you to use a powerpoint template as long as you use this disclosure.  If you would like a copy of the APTA CO logo, please contact aptaco@libertysquaregroup.com

    Equipment Provided:

    A microphone,  projector and screen will be provided.

    Laptops will be provided in each room. Presenters must submit their presentation at least 3 days prior to the presentation so it can be loaded into the laptop prior to the presentation.

    * Strongly recommend that presenters bring a backup of your presentation on a USB.

    Presentation liaison:

    Each presentation will have a liaison from the Annual Conference Committee to introduce and monitor your session. 

    Poster and Platforms

    Posters: October 3rd: 12 – 1pm 

    We also recommend standing by your poster on some of the breaks:
    October 3: 9:30 – 10am and 2:30-3pm
    October 4: 10:30 – 11am and 3:30 – 4pm

    Platform presentations:
    October 3rd from 12:15 – 12:45 pm

    Presentation Post Quiz:

    Each presenter is required to provide a 5 questions post session quiz for attendees to complete.
    This quiz is meant to verify that the participant attended your session and can receive continuing competency hours.
    This does not need to be difficult.  Attendees will complete this electronically following your session.
    Please submit in a word doc. Can be multiple choice or True/ False. Clearly indicate the correct answer (highlight, bold).
