PT Business Education Hybrid Series

Under the leadership of Dr. Alice Barnes, PT, DPT, SCS APTA CO Professional Director, APTA CO is launching our own PT Business Education Hybrid Series, entitled “Bridging Clinical Expertise with Business Mastery,” a 12-month mentorship and business education program designed specifically for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants interested in expanding their leadership, operational, and entrepreneurial skill sets within healthcare.

The program includes:

Quarterly in-person intensives
Bi-monthly live virtual workshops
Ongoing mentorship and peer mastermind groups
Practical business toolkits and applied projects

Topics throughout the year include:

Strategic business planning and innovative PT models
Leadership, hiring, and culture development
Marketing and patient experience
Financial literacy and clinic performance
Operations, compliance, and risk management
Growth, scaling, partnerships, and long-term business strategy

Our goal is to identify 10 motivated PTs or PTAs across Colorado who are eager to:

Develop business and leadership skills
Learn from experienced mentors and healthcare entrepreneurs
Build sustainable and innovative practice models
Grow as future leaders within the profession

This program is ideal for clinicians interested in leadership development, private practice, healthcare innovation, management, or entrepreneurship- whether they are early in their career or already leading teams.
